APRIL 23 In SUMMARY

After such a busy March - April was a time to take breath. One of the most significant happenings of April was saying goodbye to one of our bakers - Marran- who left us for pastures new. Marran has been baking with us for nearly 2- years and is a great miss to the bakery - not only for her baking- but also for her friendship. She will be hard to replace. And talking of bakers - there is a massive shortage in the North East - so April was a time of trying to find a new baker - which wasn't / isn't easy (still looking!).

Marran's leaving do...

We recently won a competition to have a free advertisement on a BT Hub post and this was end March/ April near the Junction at Haymarket near the bus station - what do you think :-)

We also managed to stock our on-line shop with some Scotty the Stottie goodies to support our children's projects  - thank you to Jon @ Corporate Clothing for his support with this. So if you've ever wanted to own a Scotty the Stottie hoodie, bag or T Shirt - now is your chance! Available in all sizes and ages - and all sales help support our children's projects.
